Skycam 1
WFMZ Broadcast Tower - near Allentown, PA
It is approximately 1000 feet above the
average terrain of the surrounding Lehigh Valley. The camera
has a nearly 300 degree range (the tower is in the way).
This camera is controlled by our Engineering Team. You may
see images of Allentown, Bethlehem, Emmaus, Salisbury Twp., or
Upper Saucon Twp.
Please note that sometimes the camera is above the clouds or
shrouded in fog. If you see only white during the day
or black overnight, most likely there is significant cloud cover
at or below the camera. |

Skycam 2
PPL Building - Allentown, PA
Located on top of the
24 story PPL building in downtown Allentown. It has a 270
degree view of the Valley. You may see views of Allentown,
Whitehall, or Lehigh Valley International Airport.
Note that sometimes this video circuit
is used for other video feeds. That means you occasionally
might see something other than a view of Allentown. |

Skycam 3
Hotel Easton - Easton, PA
This camera is mounted on top of the 10 story Hotel Easton. It overlooks the Hugh Moore Canal Park at the
confluence of the Lehigh and Delaware Rivers.
It has mostly
an easterly view, and you may see the Route 22 Toll Bridge, the
Free Bridge, or Center Square.

Skycam 4
is located 95' up at the Schoenersville intersection with Route
22.
Note that this video circuit is sometimes used for other video
feeds and you might see something other than the traffic camera.

Skycam 7
Gibralter
Hill - Birdsboro, PA It is mounted on a
communications tower on Gibralter Hill. It is approximately
10 miles SE of Reading, PA. Typically, you will see
Shillington in the foreground, and Reading in the upper right of
the screen. You might even see Route 176 at the bottom of the
screen.
Skycam 8 Skycam 8 looks West on the Warren Street Bypass (Rt. 12)
at Route 183. The Berkshire Mall and Wyomissing would be
in the distance. This video circuit
is shared between two cameras. Our Engineering Team
switches between them, and remotely controls them. |
